Boulder Ladies Unite! Let's get together for runs, jogs, hikes, coffee, walking and talking! This is a group for Boulder women who want to get healthy, have fun, and have a great group of buddies. We will meet a couple times a week for organized runs- people of all running and jogging levels are welcome. Runs will be between 3 and 4 miles. After our run, we will meet for coffee. Welcome to Mile High Runners, a running group for training and friendship. Are you looking for a running group that meets early enough to fit in your busy schedule? Give Mile High Runners a try. We meet Tuesday mornings at 5:30 and Saturdays at 6 (summer) or 6:30 (winter). We are based out of Erie, Colorado, but we meet for speed and group runs at various locations in and near Erie.

Meet Mondays at 6:15 PM in front of Proto's Pizza in North Boulder. The run is a baby jogger friendly 5K loop on the North Boulder trails and around Wonderland Lake.  Bikes and bike trailers are also welcome!  Not to worry if you don't have a child, spouse, dog, or Subaru, you are still welcome and encouraged to join the group.   Following the run we enjoy $1 off adult beverages and 15% off the entire food menu at Proto's!

We are starting a cycling group at Epsilon. The group will host group rides, road and trail, after work and during the lunch period. Other meetups include walking, running and community events.
