Are you looking to get in better shape, run in road races, but you'd like to run with a group occasionally? Do you like to run with a group of people? I ran cross-country in high school and now I like to run to keep in shape. I am definitely not the fastest runner, but I find running to be almost meditative. I like to commune with nature during my runs. :-) I sign up for a few half marathons each year to push me to stay consistent with my training. I find that running with other people help …

I have a lab/shepherd mix who is the best running partner I have ever had. Only thing is that he is much more motivated to run with other dogs and humans. He was trained when I would bring him along on runs with friends who have dogs. This group is for runners or casual runners wanting to enjoy more time outside …

I am a relatively new runner and am most comfortable in the 9:30 range over a 4 mile run. A little faster, a little slower; depends on the day. I also like company when i run. I plan to start my run at the entrance to the public garden at the end of Commonwealth Ave, just inside the gate at about 6:30AM most MWF mornings. I'll be the tall guy stretching. Hope you can join me!
