All paces welcome. This group consists of men and women. It has a mens group leader and a womens leader. We run rain or shine. Group is about 15 people and growing. The concept is simple, we go on a run and end at a bar.  We cater to all fitness levels, no one needs to be an ironman/woman.  We'll go on a run, around 4 miles give or take, and meet at a different bar each time.  It's a great way to get out and experience the best of DC and meet some good people.  If you enjoy being fit while having a good time and like to socialize with new people stop by for a meetup.

Come socialize, burn a few calories...and grab a beer. We are a free running group that sees a correlation between healthy behavior adoption and fun. With Run Social, you will discover hidden DC Edens, check out highly-rated restaurants/bars, meet fellow community members, and improve your fitness.
